Reporting framework
These are reporting principles, not a claim that a reporting cycle or any outcome has been completed.
Identify actual activity, its scope and the record that supports it.
Separate completed work from planned capability and developing programmes.
Explain maintenance, review and future priorities without unsupported metrics.
01 / What reporting should make clear
Reporting should distinguish completed activity from development intentions and describe the evidence behind institutional progress. Potential themes include governance, membership participation, technical work, controlled publications and programme development. These themes are not claims that an annual reporting cycle or any stated achievement has been completed.
